the noses should have already been showing up? Mine is? Which nose do you have selected, and do you have it layered above the base?

Although, my mouth looks odd now. It's the Siren Mandarin Lip Scrub and it looks like the bottom lip and teeth are sort of faded, or something. My avatar now looks like he's had some teeth knocked out :T

No. The thing is that nothing is clickable in the V3 wardrobe. I cannot change my mouth nor my nose.
Where is the V2 wardrobe anyway? I'd like to see my saved avatars.

tldr: I cannot click the noses, mouths, eye type. The "Wardrobe" thing on the left is not clickable either.
what browser are you using? I just opened it in Safari and Chrome and was able to change my base features. When you click, unlike in the V2 wardrobe, you have to click 'save avatar' to actually update your avatar on the site.

I'm using Firefox latest version. So alright, they can be changed (and yeah, I tried it and it works). However the "save" is not saving anything. I click on it but nothing happens.
Are you using an avatar that you can't save because of the number of items on a slot / you had a GA before? Right now none of those sort of errors show up (I'm going to work on that now) but that could be your problem. If the save button doesn't actually jump and say "saved!" then it's a problem with something like that.
Go to the purchases page and buy more of those layers. They cost sP and last longer now, and also don't actually take sP at the moment ;)

I bought another face layer, but I had 3/3 already and I bought it two days ago. The button is still not jumping. I don't have a GA and haven't had any in months.
Seems I am having an issue with the wardrobe too my nose is all messed up and my HA won't save in the new wardrobe. I do have an extra face layer purchased but I am not using more than 3 items right now. No matter what I do and click save the thing will not save and my nose looks like a little broke dot...
I've just pushed a few changes, so maybe that will resolve the issues you guys were having.
Hmm. I was just able to go into the V3 Wardrobe and save your avatar just fine :/ Can you try again?

Ok just tried and it saved now... but now my HA base is black.... but now I see the nose fixed here.
To fix the black base, go to the hair tab and click on the "remove hair" button, that should fix it! :)
