We had steak and scallops today and I'm still so full!! ergghhh!

I did spend the day in the kitchen, but mom was resting after working a night shift last night (unfortunately illness doesn't take a holiday and neither do hospitals), but my lovely GF came by early to help me put things together and pull it all off.

I, too, am WAY too full of turkey. And also wine. And I have to work in the morning. Tomorrow I shall be praying for death haha.

Hello, hello again! Just thought I would pop online now that the holiday season has begun to cool down. --Figuratively speaking, of course, since our weather here can hardly be called "winter ready". It's two days after Christmas and only now have we received a light dusting of snow.
