my dad is one, when I need one I just see him. it's a bad cough and I have a sensitive gag reflex so combined it leads to this awfulness

D: That's the worst, idk if you have ever tried this but if you hold you thumb tightly when you cough with your other fingers, supposively it is supposed to help hold your gage reflex.

hm haven't heard that one o-o I'm afraid that my coughing is so violent I couldn't focus on that.

I take mucinex but it doesn't seem to help even though it has a cough suppressant in it (which reminds me I should take it)
