I don't see anything wrong with the flavor of filet mignon, but every time on a food show I hear blah filet no fat no flavor. I don't like fat at all :X yeah I like mine medium, maybe medium rare. as long as it's not cold :X
Yes! They do say that! Really T-bone is my favorite! And I like med-rare as well! Hubby used to over-cook and lately he's under-cooked a little. I just always say, "it tastes great". Better than if I cooked it for sure! :-P
How were your burgers? Did you have a nice time with your family?
I always cut them off the bone when I do tbones, though that's more because I cook them inside on a skillet because I don't have a grill. the bone does lead to undercooking though.
our burgers were pretty good! they really shrunk though. I always cook mine very flat so they don't shrink as much. my mom gets home today from being at my sister's house for a week or so
I hate when the patties shrink!! Hubby bought a thingy he sets on them to weigh them down. I dunno if it helps or not. lol

Hubby grilling a sirloin today. It really looks more like a roast and is 3 lbs. I bought it at Trader Joes and it's pre-seasoned with herb and garlic chimicchurri sauce. I hope it's good!
we watched the end of an episode before Bill Maher the other night and it seemed really boring xD

It's actually really complicated and I have a hard time following it! If you haven't watched it from the beginning though, it would seem boring!
yeah I hate watching shows from the middle, so I tend to not watch shows unless they are new or I have been watching them
