Yeah, hard alcohol doesn't agree too well with me so may only be one shot. I used it in my 3rd batch of beef jerky and it was really good.

Speaking of beef jerky, I used eye of round the last time and it's excellent!! Nice and tender. Barbecue sounds good! Kind of miss living in Georgia where I ate it all of the time.

yeah bbq is great, I'd eat it all the time if we had more places. we have like one local place here, the rest are chains. I'm not picky though, I'd eat any of it.
