I actually messed up on Saturn and used the wrong symbol, but other than that one, the symbols are actually the symbols used for the planets. The ones seen in Sailor Moon are altered versions of those :) BUUUT I fell asleep while doing Saturn and accidentally drew the Sailor Moon version, not the actual planetary symbol xD
