I don't know if it does it for everyone or just for people with the bad word filter on (since I'm a minimod, I have to have it on), but my filter is turning the "U" in the fourth word to "you" and the "R" in the fifth word to "are". Just letting everyone know that if that's the case for anyone else, to treat it like it's the letter and not the word.

For the phrase potion, you use the letters that you filled in for the words! For instance:

If the word was

GRY _ _ IN _ OR It would be Gryffindor, which means you would then use F F and D as part of the letters for the phrase. I hope that helps!

It is Harry Potter related, yes! I don't know if it's common, but it was an important phrase.
