Actually, Gelatin Golem doesn't have any special loot. The dripping gelatin vials are dropped randomly.

Since we can put so much information under spoilers I'm going to try and set up 6 more to list each stat. As long as I don't run out of character space that should make the list as efficient as it can be. Wish me luck!

What are the green ** for Meatslab the Furious? They aren't red as like the others, does that mean it's something else or is that a typo?

Singed Scales seem to go up to 4 stats, they do drop at a low rate from regular Cursed Effigy. not sure if it's 1-4 or 2-4 though
