I've always wondered who monitors the Staff/Artists? They all seem like friends and I feel that this is good but also bad. Would a Staff that stepped out of bounds be fired? An Artist that no longer produced quality work let go? Or since they're all buddies are they untouchable? In my almost ten years I have seen Staff talk horribly to users and nothing happened to them. Personally I have found Staff in general very helpful and open. My tickets have been answered swiftly and with great customer service, however I have always wondered as one could say...who polices the police?

There is policing and it's relatively strict depending on what the person's position is. You have to remember that Subeta isn't just a cute little freebie site, it's a company with full-time employees. It's not going to broadcast what kind of disciplinary action those employees may experience. Just because they still have a job doesn't mean nothing was done about it.
