I cannot get to my profile, but i can see everyone elses just fine. Every time i try to see my own profile i get 'MySQL Error'

I was using a premade layout when this started happening but ive tried wiping my layout just in case and i still cant get to it. Is anyone else having this problem? Im trying to code a new layout but i cant because i cant see my profile.

Did you try resetting your profile with this link?

i just tried the link you sent, pressed 'reset profile', it tried to work. When i clicked on my profile it showed nothing but the navigation, so i clicked refresh thinking maybe it just didnt load properly and got the SQL error again =/

I tried resetting a couple more times just to be sure but nope.

no problem, it's odd why your profile does that o-o what premade layout were you using? did your profile work before you changed your layout?

There is actually a currently active thread in bugs/issues already about this same thing. Apparently its not just me. I was using a premade from Deja's tumblr when it started. Though, the layout worked fine for hours before the issue happened, so i dont think thats it.

It seems to be some sort of glitch thats happening right now (im just guessing here) because a bunch of other people are having the same issue. Some people are reporting that they can see their own but not others, not see their own or others, or its totally random.

Hopefully itll get fixed soon so i can get to coding! :D

I'm having the same problem, but I don't have a layout. I can't see your profile...I get the same error that I get on mine. I've been able to see everyone else's, though. Weird.

yeah if it worked before, it's not the layout. I'm curious to what the people have in common that are being affected. well, I hope it gets fixed soon!

thanks! me too! I just finished up my first ever custom made layout (im no artist) so im super eager to get to coding it! Im pretty new to subeta and coding both, so id rather code it on site so i can see exactly what happens to it! Hoping for fixes soon!

thats so strange! I too, (like kbbob) wonder what could be causing this on some peoples profile but not others. Very strange indeed... Hopefully staff is working on it! :)

Looks good! Both you and Prplecat seem to be newer users so I wonder if there's a correlation there. Some database issue related to newer accounts.

oh i drew nothing lol its all premade brushes, i just made them those colors haha.

well, it doesnt matter anyway, i looked over there and most of the people who said something about it so far are in the situation that some of their friends profiles dont work. Sooo we wait! :)

now to learn to code from scratch! Im used to working with editable premades so ive never actually written the code for a layout from scratch, that should be fun!

I have never coded a profile but I have a degree in computer science, so I imagine I could do it if I took a bit of time to learn.

it does not look like it was reported to programmers yet, usually the minis change the topic to start with "*" when they report the issues (I think this is what it means)

I just learned to read/edit code over the years starting wayy back in the myspace/early neo days using premades and changing little things i didnt like. I took one html class in HS but that was 9 years ago so theres a lot of new stuff out since. CSS is totally new to me but its not much different than html so its been easy to pick up.

I started college several years ago for "Computer systems information and technology", but i realized that wasnt the correct degree i wanted, i told them i wanted IT when what i should've said was "I want to be a programmer". Needless to say, that was short lived. I havent managed to go back to school yet, been running a business for a few years now so im pretty busy.

I hope they get the memo about it soon! :) Though, it is Sunday after all and nobody should have to work on a Sunday. Lol.
