Alexa bounces happily, “Thank you, Professor! I will find that book immediately! My mum’s a witch, but she never really got into Potions. She’s a writer for the Daily Prophet; she does fieldwork and historical pieces mostly.” She paused, chewing lightly on her bottom lip. “I think dad will be interested to know what I learn as well.” Flashing a bright smile at Professor Mathers, she turns to face the dirt-covered Professor Morgan. “’Ello ma’am! Quite looking forward to your class, as well! Mum and I have a garden at home, and I simply can’t wait to see how beautiful the greenhouses are. I’m sure they’re splendid!”

Amanda looks around wondering when they will get to finally meet the headmistress in person. She looks very interesting from afar!

The appearance of Professor Norman has caused a stir among the students. You can hear some of them muttering among themselves. "Is that a spear?" several students whisper. Others were craning their necks, trying to be casual, to get a look at the new professor.

Amanda is very interested in this teacher, and walks up to him timidly. "Hello Professor, I'm Amanda! I'm very excited to start your class, I've always found charms very interesting and practical. May I ask, where are you from? Your attire is very interesting!"

She steps back, slightly out of breath, and waits nervously for an answer.

Amanda thanks the professor for his answers and is about to walk away when she hears a meow from down by her feet. She looks down to see her cat Luna looking at her, and then to the Professor. Obviously she wanted to be introduced. "Erm...this is my cat...Luna." Amanda picks up the purring cat and starts to try and hand her to the professor...

Looking at her muggle watch, Serena realizes she is late. She picks up her pace until she reaches the teachers table. She glances up and down the table for a familiar face but doesn't see one so she sits opposite of who she assumes to be a teacher. "Uh, um, hi. My name is Serena. Serena River." She blushes and looks down at her lap waiting for a reply. She hated that she was shy and socially awkward but hoped she didn't come across that way.

Max watches the teachers table cautiously. Studying the teachers carefully. He nudges Helen . "Come on let´s go say hi to our new HoH."

"Thank you, for the nudge."

"Hello, Professor Deidra Morgan. I'm Helen, in house Slytherin. I was wondering, if you'd use any means necessary to achieve your goals? And what do you value most in people?" bats eyelashes

"I wonder if the school ghosts will wander in," Poppy thinks to herself.
