Has anyone done Saggi's quests since this post was made? I'm wondering if I'm having terrible luck or if something went wrong when Keith changed it to ask for cheaper rares...

Basically, all 15 quests were all rare/super rare items (3-4 items each), each item costing anywhere from 60k-200k on average. I got one quest with 4 items that cost under 10k total, but all the rest were mostly like what I mentioned previously. I got 4-5 quests that cost 100k-180k, and they only awarded 160k-200k if I remember correctly. Everything else was way too expensive.

So... Was that intended, a glitch, or just my terrible luck?

Such a great update! I cant wait to see how this changes things in rs and questing. I was not very likely to quest these days except for this slot event. Especially not with wq that were any npc but saggi. Even he didnt pay out often. Maybe Ill get my lazy butt back in to questing and vending now!

Also super cool with the vend only items being changed. It really did just supply junk items.

I'll reserve judgement for a while until I see it in action.

What I do know is that my profits have gone way down, especially after the "buy now" button was added to the shop search page, while a great idea, it has eaten away at profits. The autopricer pricing everything under 5 million was a terrible idea, in theory it's great for those low rarity items that sit in shops for 3 million, but it's playing hell with higher rarity items that should not be so cheap.

I have noticed lately a new trend with people, especially from the posts I've been reading, and that is to demonize restocking/restockers, if those people are not willing to sit down and restock to make a profit then don't go demonizing those of us that do. I would like to make a profit for the time I put into restocking, but there are some people who seem to think that rares and super rares should sell for 10,000 points.

Which brings me to my next point: Please stop releasing so many superares, for Jaysus sake they're being given away like candy. They should be just that, superare not unobtainable but not everywhere. Superares should not be selling for less that 150,000 thousand points, personally I think they none of them should sell for less than 300,000 sP. There is something wrong when I can surf the shops and restock tons of superare items everyday. That shouldn't be happening.

People seriously need to stop this everything should be worth 10,000 sP crap. A rarity 64 item should not be selling for 10,000 sP, that's ridiculous, more like 30,000-45,000 sP.

This is just my personal opinion, having seen my profits plummet. Maybe this will help, maybe it will make it worse, I'm willing to wait it out to see where it goes.
