Locking this thread up. I'd suggest everyone take a look at the community guidelines, and keep them in mind when responding to your fellow users. People can be offended by different things and even if that doesn't result in us changing those items you should still have sympathy for the things that other people feel.

The item has been changed, and we'll be in touch with the creator of the custom item and ask if there are further changes they want. We make changes like this based on the feedback of our community, and this item in particular is one that we've gotten a lot of feedback on multiple times when this discussion comes up, more than any other item currently available on the site. We decided to change it, this isn't a slippery slope, I can count the number of times we've changed items for this reason on two hands.

If you are offended by the name of an item please let us know, and we'll take a look at them, but the likely outcome is that we won't change it. You can find any item that when translated or in another culture is offensive, but that isn't what we're working with here. Domestic abuse is always offensive.
