I'm alright! Honestly? My anxiety is through the roof. I don't even LIVE in America and the vote has me in shambles and super confused/worried.

Oh yes.... I found out this morning who won. But I don't talk about politics because it can ruin friendships. But let's just say I'm not too happy with who won. It's definitely going to be an interesting 4 years lol

I REALLY like it! There's A LOT to learn and when I look at it all at once it overwhelms me a bit.. but we'll get there! I have about 2 months before the manager is gone so I'm gleaning everything I can from her. Yesterday I had my first solo morning running the front desk and it went well so that's positive! How are you doing? Haven't seen you in a while!

Thanks! I hope I will. Yesterday was not a fantastic day. I got a big complaint from a client.. but she wouldn't specify what the problem was. I gave the the exact same service I give all my clients and I've only ever had great feedback, but when she went to pay she was like "I'm never coming back". My manager called her but she didn't get in touch with her yet to figure out what happened. It's bugging me. I want to know!

What the heck?!?! That is so weird! I bet you anything she was just having a bad day and taking it out on you. I've had that happen to me SO many times :K

I don't know. :/ She was really chipper and seemed stoked at first and then at the end of the treatment is when she turned on the crazy.. while she had her mask on. I have NO clue what I did to her or if something else ticked her off?

I'm not so much worried about getting in trouble, I just never want to hurt anyone! I'm also going to be a manager so I feel like I shouldn't get complaints :/
