I totally understand. The management position has become available 3 times since I've been working in the Starbucks area, and each time I never applied. I just wasn't ready for it. And I was happy in the position I'm in. But if it becomes available again, then I will definitely go for it ^0^

Yeah I talked to one of my managers about it on Friday and she's the reason I actually reconsidered. She used to work at the other location and said it's REALLY slow and REALLY quiet so you're often working alone. Doesn't appeal.
