Good, glad to hear it :) I'm well thanks, if not a little tired- I used my friend's treadmill and jogged on there for about 18 minutes, doing 3km, so I was very sweaty XD Plus he has a mirror right in front of it so you can see your fat jiggle... very motivating if not depressing :P
