now im scared to lose the last 10 pounds xD Im only halfway through the hair thinning effects of weightloss according to the doctor. he said it could be 2 months before it goes back to normal :(

I still think it's really weird that your losing hair because you've lost weight. I've never heard of that happening before. Hopefully the biotin will help you though (:

I'm glad I am already taking it! And the conditioner I bought has biotin in it as well. That thickening stuff I was telling you about.

Did he recommend you to not dye your hair till it's over?

Ive actually heard it happening a lot, but I didnt think 10lbs a month or so would cause it to fall out lol.

But apparently that's my problem xD and no I didnt ask, but if it falls out with brushing too mildly then it will fall out more with dye im sure xD Better safe than sorry!
