Haha I think everyone does :P Though I work at a Chinese takeaway so it's twice as hard for me XD Though you should start rewarding yourself for when you stick to your diet, and not necessarily with unhealthy treats- perhaps a nice face mask or spa treatment, or some new make-up :)

Haha well, it's rude to turn down food when you're a guest in someone's house I suppose XD Though my mum told me someone we know went to his doctor and the scales didn't go high enough (past 23 stone)... So I'm always thankful I'm nowhere near that big! XD
