Before two months ago, you won two battle items, often at least one expensive. Lately they changed it a bit and you will get one battle item, most of the times it is worthless. But it does not cost you anything and sometimes you will receive a very good item! She sends you to five quests you need to do (for example wizard and Pete). There is nothing to lose, so ofcourse it is worht it xD
