I got taxed a lot for ages (kept all my money out, WANT THAT ACHIEVEMENT, but it hasn't moved for me in foreeeeever. I want to increase it for self-serving purposes XD

It's about the same rate as getting either of the map pieces, and less likely than Oracle. Nothing's been changed. You are just super unlucky! Thanks for keeping me up top with your generous donations :)
