No I don't have trouble. I pulled the images up any my phone didn't read them as transparent.

Sure as long as you have references for me? I like to have the color palettes too/ You can give pictures of colors you'd like to have on her and word description also helps. :)

Have you tried with PC? All of my arts are in transparent so I don't really know what's the problem right now.
