I think I'm mostly just hoping for some mane-like wigs for the Leo set. I don't know enough about fashion to make any actual clothing suggestions aside from "please not more red".

Also, to be somewhat contributive, you can represent lions without having literal lions plastered all over the outfit. Or animal ears and a tail. This is high fashion, not a child's halloween costume.

The female outfit could be based off a lioness, therefore having a more sleek design, while the male outfit could be bulkier (but not so much to be gaudy), with a large hair piece and/or large neck piece to represent the mane. Tada, lion imagery without literal lions.

I'd love to see more variety with the hairstyles. I hate that weird deja vu feeling every time a new set is released.

Ahaha, I actually had that one (and a few others) on the list that I took off because I dubbed them 'different enough that I may just seem like a bigger pain in the ass than intended.'

I don't think there's anything wrong with suggestions per se, but there was a specific suggest what you want to see for delish thread up months ago and I feel like there's a limit to how specific we can be after so many sets have went out. It's clear the delish theme is high fashion fantasy zodiac and that should be left to the artist for interpretation.

For all we know, future delish lines might have been drawn out or at the very least planned out already. Suggesting things now is asking for too much imo. ;x

Although if I wanna put my mere opinion in about colors: Oh please, not red. We had red for aries and burgundy for taurus already. I'm really digging the variation of colors used thus far. Light purple was definitely not expected for cancer, but hey, it's a color we haven't seen for delish, so it's great.

Personally, I'd love to see a light teal or some shade of light green.

I'm just going to pop in and say, I am a Leo, and I do not want to see red as the color for the Delish Leo line. I would have vouched for purple but a lavender line has just been done (although a deep purple would still be nice ;)). I just hope that we don't get stuck with some dull brown set, like what the delish lines used to be. ;) I'm also hoping it isn't green - but that's just personal preference in the fact I dislike about 98% of all green colors. xD

None of the other lines had color schemes based off of their generic "birthstone/color" & I think they all worked beautifully. I also hope I don't see the generic "leo mane" as I'd rather have a more intricate design like the rest of these zodiac lines have had.

I agree that these lines have really been wonderfully thought out & all of them have a distinct hint of "I represent this specific zodiac sign" without being completely OMG LOOK I AM A FISH/CRAB/RAM/etc, and I hope to see Leo kept the same way.

Not to challenge authority but, I haven't seen anyone say anything mean or personally regarding the OP, and we've all been responding to the topic. I feel that both of my posts were constructive. The OP said she didn't know why red was used in other zodiacs so I explained that red is associated with Aries, and I noticed that the OP said not to use the suggestion thread how a suggestion thread is used, so I had to question that. Then in my second post I corrected someone else's false idea of "we could have suggested things for the line we didn't know was going to exist", followed by an alternative way to represent lions without being literal, which relates to the topic. Admittedly my posts weren't exactly sugar-coated, my apologies, but they were still meant to inform and contribute. Everyone else was also responding to the ideas (animal representation, color ideas etc) presented by the OP and others. Unless your post was a "just in case this escalates" thing, but I don't want you to have the wrong idea in case it isn't.

edit: and I'll say that by saying I didn't sugar-coat, I mean that I was regrettably a little blunt with what I was trying to say, which is just how I talk, and I didn't mean to offend anyone. I can't unsay what I said, the potential damage is already done, and I won't edit my posts to hide my actions.

That's all I heard. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Tyrion fan myself, but I'd much much rather see what the artist comes up with than anything else. So far the zodiac sets have been fantastic and I love what's been going on, I'd really really hate to see them suddenly deviate from their own plan to better suit what users want to specifically see in regards to high-fashion.

That said, I DOO absolutely love the notion of more pelts-- which isn't what this board is about, but yes to that. Looks cool, very TC friendly.

I honestly would be very shocked if it hadn't been at least sketched by the time the last one was uploaded. I don't mind my personal hopes for sets being 'crushed' (used very liberally and quite dramatically), because I personally trust Alyssa a lot and have enjoyed the sets thus far. But please, please monitor her wigs. So many of them are looking like rehashes of older (and not so old) ones. You should step in if you notice this.

My post wasn't sugar coated either and re-looking over it I'm beginning to think I was the reason Keith mentioned that. I really wish that if I am saying something wrong that I would be told, send me a smail or something I don't know, but I can't guess myself. This is what I was talking about with my news comment a while back, I don't know when or if I'm crossing a line lol.

To get back on topic though, I'm glad that the rest of these are going to be surprises too, as I said before I trust our artists completely with the sets <3

I understand, and can sympathize (hi, I have an odd obsession inclination to make all wigs ginger and I have a problem). And Alyssa HAS done many different styles. But as you said, these wigs are redeemable. When we have 5+ that are overly similar with less 'well, this makes it more distinguishable' there is a bit of a problem. Some things being redone in other colors, or similar things being done in different colors (like the Donna Fake Lashes and Argo Blackout Liquid Liner; as well as other wearable items) because it gives us more room to play. People LIKE that, actually. The issue comes when there are that many that can be done in whatever color we desire. A few similar ? Not an issue at all. But as a consumer looking at that many, it makes me feel a bit weary that more will look pretty much the same and it won't peak interest at all. They're pretty, but it kind of seems like something different could be done that would bring in more buyers. Like, even if she went back and referenced some of the wigs she's previously done to do something different and bring in her awesome ombre look to them, that would peak interest as well. But she could go to the boards and save different reference images and mark them once she's done them ? Possibly look at the sketch next to a list of wigs she's done and think "have I done something very similar already ?" There are also plenty of wigs that are one-off colors that she can do something similar for a redeemed quality without making us go 'been there, done that.'

Short wigs can be difficult, too, I know. Less hair to work with. I don't mean to sound like I'm shitting on her and her stuff, just trying to get her to shake things up some. :p

Alright but some things need to be redone in different colors. Bean needs to get on more colors of Liberty Skull Charm, Lovely Autumn Swallow Charm, and Punky Skull Charm... People don't mind having a chance at multiple colors of something, even if they aren't exact. The reason I noted the Argo/Donna eyes is because I've seen a lot of users wishing for more colors of them.

I've brought up suggestions for wigs variously, including mentioning more punk/rockabilly/psychobilly/etc wigs in Alyssa's Delish suggestion board. Many times in male suggestion boards. Or do you mean a board for possible recolors/repeats of other items on site ? Cause I'd be down to make a board bringing suggestions for those.

On the topic of wigs and hair and such, more fros (which I feel kinda relates to this board + this topic.. since y'know, lions had the original afro). I think there's only one really good one in the CS (the Cece one isn't quite that big), and then this line:

I absolutely 100% understand exactly why that line in particular didn't come in more 'normalized' colors... but man, that is a really good hair style. I'd love to see basically that (with a different item.. perhaps stylish lions haha, idk) only in more normal hair colors (brown, black, blond, platinum, espresso, bloodred, golden, etc!). Or y'know, something like that.
