Hey guys! You might be wondering why the 4th week of the giveaway is held here.
Today marks the two month anniversary of Diva (which is a HA challenge group/site)
Therefore, special edition and I'll ping both C.A.G.E (Catfish Art Gift Enterprise) and Diva. But everyone can participate :)

Wish I had time to participate in the HA contest. I'm at the library right now and it's about to close. The internet in my building isn't working right now and I'm not very happy about it. :( Love your HA by the way!

Nope, no limits at all :) But you have to make a HA with the theme celebrating, in formal attire.
