Yeah :D it was a birthday pressie from a sweetie (whom I'm still plotting the perfect revenge on mwahahahahahahahahaha) mega congrats!!!! I wouldn't have my Bumbii army if it wasn't for the blue building. good morning er um not sure what time it is over there so will go with morning seeing as it's still morning here for another hour LOL I'd love to hear your thoughts on it as well. My son's have advised me to wait on upgrading from 7 till they see how it is and if I'm going to like it or not when they put it on theirs. (oldest son has a laptop and will be using our net to upgrade as he still can't afford service in town and middle son is putting it on his desktop so I can try both.) Hubby has my old computer so I'm on my gaming one and a tad leery of anything that might mess it up cause if I have to do a go back I don't know what all they installed so won't know what all I'm losing (if that makes sense)

Yep makes sense. I've not upgraded yet either, mainly because new releases do tend to be buggy.

don't they give us a year to use the DL? I keep thinking there's not a huge hurry so I can wait it out a bit and talk to other who have upgraded and try to get a feel for it through them....

well I've just gotten up and it's installed. So I guess we'll see how it goes :) I already like the difference in the functionality and look of it vs. windows 8. I actually really hated 8 and wouldn't even put it on my desktop (which is newer than my laptop) and told the guys at the store that I'd just go somewhere else if they wouldn't put 7 on it. I'm sure someone wouldn't mind taking my money :p
