I love the Monthly Themes, it's a great idea to focus on one thing and to expend it with new colors, revamps and items.

What I don't really like is that the Themes are not connected to the holidays of the specific month, it makes the news messy and it felt like, especially with the colors, that the priority was for the Themes colors and not for the holidays colors.

Few suggestions:

1. add a nice game, feature, something to interact with the Theme.. for example, open the digging site, re-release BC opponents, bring back the plot games, for fun, few prizes, SP..
2. Give a little perk - for example: chibi month - chibi potion for half price, Saheric: wizard gives more tokens/ Oracle comes to you more often for one month...
3. A nice Subetapedia article about the theme.
4. Add a link, anything, to the "Check Out" in the news, HIGHLIGHT the theme.

June-July-August-September-October-November : Lifelike Doll Months

December : Stuff month I guess

Scared Lands month... wouldn't that be Shadowglen for Halloween?

I loved Chibi month, personally, but frankly you could Chibify my least favourite experiment and I would think it was a precious baby, so I'm probably a little biased. In hindsight, I do wish that some of the regular Chibi pets had gotten revamps, because some are in need, but I love the Chibi experiments too much to be particularly upset XD

I would love a battle month.

Actually, and I know this is unrealistic because it would be putting waaay too much strain on a single artist... I'd love to see 'neglected pet species X' month. Not specifically like... this is Bovyne month, everything is cows now, but a theme that allows for significantly increased pet colour releases of one specific pet that is lacking in special colours or needs a revamp, or that still needs a Subetapedia entry!

A Mahar month could release some new colours and have a monthly collection centered around, say, geology and mineralogy, since Mahars have gems embedded in them... and we get a Subetapedia entry for Mahars, and a bunch of items like sieves and sifting pans, etc. A Bovyne month could be about anything from percussion instruments (like the bell around the neck) to farming -- you guys are super creative and I have no doubt that you could find interesting associations!

I love the idea of themed months, especially if there's a little bit of lore to follow -- just like the OP mentioned ;) I think Ikumoradeekanox and Sacred Lands are/were especially great themes (the new Iku art is so pretty!), if the NPCs actually come out to interact and there are updates going on in different areas of the site (like the 'pedia and well, that Peka Park map! Atebus needs it too ;-; ) it'd be perfect 8D Experiments were also sweet, with Euclid showing up more often. (Actually, will they get lifelike dolls? I loved the collection wearable with them)

So yeah, if there's ever a food month bring Pete, toy/Peka Park month with Cynthia, if minions come around again bring Maybel, maybe pick some of those more obscure shopkeepers too (Defend and Conquer obscure guy + Reischen + Jim for battle month?). xD Overall I think it's going well, and it's a great pattern to follow with monthly collections!

I still want that NPC month, with more Emma and Esther stuff.

I feel compelled to drink tonight and wander around the house with making a literal list of all the stuff our house has that subeta doesn't that I really wish it had, just so I can make a board.

BUT A GOOD START WOULD BE THOSE UNOBTAINABLE PLOT BASED ITEMS COUGH LIKE IDK, MAYBE THESE ;n;...

for december, i think we should have a month dedicated to the arctic frost - specifically the ytivis and the tormirgards. it would be great opportunity for some lore-building, imo.

I'm enjoying the themed months and look forward to whatever is coming next.

Ahh, that makes sense! Guess I never clued in. My favourite month so far has been Ikuramee... (the unspellable tree) and Sacred Lands has been really great so far. I'm not much of a pet or minion person but I know a lot of people really enjoyed it!

A stuff month would be a great idea! Months could also be used to further lore or to highlight not-as-popular lands. So excited now :)

Hey, I thought it was lame that it was Chibi month and we got chibi experiments rather than revamped Chibi pets.

Chibi month was a trainwreck :/

The idea of chibi experiments is cool and all but completely neglecting the normal chibi pets that desperately need revamps so staff can churn out a ton of experiments is not. I was really excited to see a bunch of chibi revamps but of course not, that would make too much sense.

I didn't even think about Glade at the time but wow... did staff not think about the timing at ALL?

Yeah Chibi month disappointed me, too was hoping for Chibi revamps and of course it was time for Glade Pets as well and I was sad to see that they got sweeped under the carpet.

I really hope we get a "stuff month", I'm always in need of awesome new tc items and there's so much that we are lacking on Subeta.

I like 's stuff month idea. A whole month of stuff that's not necessarily plushies or beanbags or food or clothes, but just happens to be really neato odd stuff we don't get because it's odd.

So knowing that the artists had limited time, you went ahead with Chibi month anyway? The art that was released was lovely, but summer months are generally for revamps/house keeping after all of the events. Just disappointing.
