Cilantro is awful. People without the genetic aversion say it tastes light, citrusy, and mostly just like parsley, but as one of the averse, I can't stand it. A single tiny flake will completely put me off of whatever I'm eating and make me gag. I wouldn't say it tastes soapy, but at the same time I really can't give a name to what it DOES taste like, so we'll go with that lol.
