Yay I beat Item Hunt :) I think it's gotten easier hah. I had expensive stuff sure but everything was buyable and I didn't have to go to the forums begging for someone to sell for me. I can go back to using Chase for profit, yay.

Spent about 200mil on the last 10 quests. Before that there wasn't anything bad really. The last items were all for sale though so I'm not gonna complain at all.

Wow if anyone's hurting for sP make sure you do your quests today! Keith tweaked the sP rewards and they're currently on the very high end heh. I made 125k from a single Wizard quest. :P Made a profit from every Saggi quest, too, even when paying 60k+ per item.

And whoop going on holiday on Friday. :) The weather here is grim, I need this!

I just got back last week, it was sunny and great and there were no dolphins (boo) but I got some nice sea turtles to pose for some pictures ;) I went to Egypt (not to the pyramids unfortunately) and because of all the security stress after the Russian plane came down they left the suitcases of our entire plane behind in Egypt. (They told us this halfway during our flight)

Which is slightly annoying and no big disaster (clearly getting home safely was the priority, I'm okay with that.) But you would think that after a week and with flights on that airport continuing they would be able to tell us a little bit more about our luggage than "we will get your luggage back, but we have no clue yet when that will be"

So moral of the story: Pack your most important stuff in your hand luggage, but your slightly less important stuff also and don't take your favourite bra with you on vacation :(

Anyway, I missed the end of morostide but that's okay. I got a pitcher in the token shop restock today so Coral Reef got predictably painted glade :D Still waiting for a pretty blue based underwater colour though...

Thanks ! Really unlucky on Egypt at the moment, must have been so stressful! We're going to Tenerife as the options for HEAT are pretty limited at this time of the year, and after going to Finland and Iceland earlier that's what I wanted really heh. We're just going until Tuesday and then back to work on Wednesday, but it'll be nice nonetheless. :)

well I was hacked on neopets today. My main (premium) account stariell is frozen over it.

I went to log in and was met with a bad pw request. Immediately worried, I reset it and got in. had enough time to see all my nps (I just hit 50 mil yesterday) had gone and it looks like a lot of my nc mall and sdb items.

I have no idea when I'll get my account back much less the stuff on it. My only relief is that I managed to get it iced before they could ditch my pets.

My grandma is dying and i'm going to visit her for a couple of days (thanks hacker, you couldn't have made my day worse) and won't have much net access. I'm worried about them going after my sides. I'm currently on my side Astriell over there if anyone wants to say hi.

Anyway I know most people don't play there anymore. Honestly, I barely do but the accounts are important for sentimental reasons. I've mailed support but does anyone have any tips for getting dealt with faster? they can be horrendously slow.

I think most people here get that there's some sentimental attachment to your account, no matter how neglected it is. Alongside filing a ticket, I've read it can be handy to pester them on Facebook with a few details of your complaint and ticket number to get a quicker response. And you can always make a throwaway fb for said pestering if you don't want to use your real account.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandma :( Hoping you get some quality time in with her before she passes at the least. Also sorry to hear about your account getting hacked. I haven't even checked in on my accounts over there in about a year or so...guess I should do that and make sure they are ok. My pets there have sentimental value for me as well, so i totally get it.

Thanks guys. My grandma is out of critical condition at least and may make it through Christmas, fingers crossed. It's a rough time though.

I haven't had a chance to hassle neopets but did send a couple of tickets which have so far gone unreplied to. My premium subscription just renewed recently, too. Things seem to be in a huge state over there since JS took over (as if it wasn't in a state already). I'll try a little longer to get my account back then may just have to do a chargeback with paypal or something and give up.
