I personally wouldn't have left my life where I was happy for someone else. That's insane. I just hope he's treating you right. As long as you're happy I guess that's all that matters, no judgement, but I feel like you should have gotten married first, since you're planning to anyway. Another thing, maybe you should have waited to finish school. What was the rush? I'm sure the issues with your friends is complicated, they're hurt you up and left for a guy. Maybe that's how they feel. If you really care about them, ya'll should talk it out. If not, move on.
