Can we somehow know what the wait time is between dances?

I would like to see the timer set up like it was during Survival where when you kissed someone it would automatically show you how much time you'd have to wait to kiss again. It would be very convenient and I know it would help me in being more active in the event.

Thank you. :)

(post edited to explain myself more, thank you strange for your reply)

I'm a bit confused by what you mean? The wait time varies (I've had anywhere from 50 seconds to almost 4 minutes today). I've been able to send dances without having the previous dance accepted yet. As well my wait time does show up if i click the dance button too soon after the last. So I'm kinda confused what you're suggesting...?

-Ryuga When you kissed someone during Survival, the text under the HA changed to "You have kissed [user]! You have [x number] minutes until you can kiss again!" giving you the length upfront. During this event it just says "You have asked the mysterious stranger to dance!" without saying what's left on the timer unless you immediately scroll to someone else's post and click the "dance" button again.

Obviously it's possible to check how much time is left, but it can be annoying when you post again thinking you can dance again, only for the message to say "your feet need a rest!" or whatever, meaning you have to keep refresh the page and wait. Not the biggest deal in the world, but when the timer is irregular and not at a flat rate it's nice to have the site tell you what the length is. It's just a convenience thing, especially when the forums lag so much for so many people.

Yes, thank you, . I was completely horrible at explaining myself I think. :) I've found myself not being as active as I thought I would be so far since I don't know how much time there is to wait so I end up not even paying attention to the time. With Survival I would have the timer on my phone working overtime reminding me every 1-3 minutes.

My solution is to actually open the dance link as a new tab, then immediately refresh. Doing so tells me how much time I have before I can dance again, then I just set a timer. Not a perfect method, perhaps, but an effective one :)

That's a good idea and works well. :)

However I still think they should just have it show up automatically since we know it can be done because of the survival.

I do the same as Zelena, or I invite someone else to dance right before if i'm the forums. Still a bother and still not so accurate, i'd love to have the timer back too. :/

Well, it looks like there is now a timer, but...

You have invited the mysterious stranger to a dance, and have {$minutes} until you can dance again!

$minutes? xD
