I'm having trouble with what seems like certain ads causing Shockwave to crash and freezing my computer. The ads don't load, so I don't know which ones are the problem.

Well, I know I only have one version. That's as far as I've gotten. I'm thinking "virus", but man, that section is wordy! I know next to nothing about computers, so I think I'm going to find someone here in RL who knows what all that means.
