& whoever else reads this, about the tomes, I had one last year, its a user plot there have been a few, there should soon be a thread on the forums called 'out of nowhere a young man runs into you' and if you post in the thread, then its assumed your joining the plot, and you have to dress up and do puzzles, it doesnt last long usually, and is fun [you get sent stuff] but it is a distraction if your concentrating on this. I believe they randomly pick people who they see on the forum. KarenP has also done it, but you never find out who the anon is.hope this helps a bit.

Oh, I'm very familiar with this event, and events like it, which can be lots of fun. However, this one has special meaning for me, since it caused me quite a bit of grief last year. You see, it got to a point where the participants were asked to do something pretty embarrassing to a number of folks, and I had trouble getting the point across that 1) I will NEVER ask you to do something "Publicly" demeaning as part of WS, and 2) I never play favorites, even though I do have a number of friends on the teams.

The anon behind this was revealed on the last topic, but it wasn't a name I knew, so I just racked it up to a trying coincidence. This year, though, it's exactly during WS planning time again, and squirrels are mentioned (with a small dig) in the first post, so my detective bells went off. Hopefully, they are bells ringing in an empty steeple.

I just thought it was in everyone's best interest if I made it clear from the very start that I am not in any way involved, and my thanks to for noticing right away that it doesn't fit WS style.

I had fun with mine but I remember it caused some serious issues for team members who were absent or sick or just didn't wanna do it or what not for teams so I got a suggestion: Maybe share the secret mission with the team captain as well as the player? Same rules apply- no help or sharing etc etc etc, and you'd still know who was being a slacker if it was the captain that ended up doing it XD But at least the team wouldn't suffer, you know what I mean?
