As much as I usually like pink, I think magenta and dawn would be too similar. However I could support this if some of the dawn pets were toned down to be a lighter, eye pleasing pink. I agree that the dawn swampie in the OP is [I]not[/I] dawn, and that thing hurts to look at.

A lot of the colorfills needs more constant palettes, tbh. LOOKING AT YOU, FIELD.

Also most of the dawn pets are distinct enough from magenta

Most of Aqua's old pets are way too dark in their dawn color, the Cadogre has the same issues.

That poor neela is an unfortunate example of a field pet. :c It could use a redo. Twilight also has some stragglers. Like the twilight donadak, it's light grey with green eyes??

But yeah, touch up the couple of awkward dark-dawn pets and I can see there being a magenta color as well.

I could get behind having both. The more, the merrier and all that jazz.

Everybody is happy, everybody is having fun, and turquoise is the best color.

I would also love to have a more regal violet, but a lot of the lilac pets are very dark. Can't win them all D:

I'm all for more colors, but I'd be forever saddened if the Dawn Illumis had it's colors changed, especially since it seems to still fall within the pallet options- it just uses more of the colors that other artists typically chose for accents.

I'm not a fan of banana / yellow coloured (a bit too bright for me :P) and I'd never have a turquoise pet, but amber gets a definite vote from me :D

you know, i used to have a pet called 'teal deer' and it was an antlephore but i was severely disappointed there was no teal (or even approximately teal) color… i ended up making a lazy overlay, and ultimately gave up on the pet (it was supposed to be a joke about tl;dr and was going to have a tc full of really long books and a book themed profile but… yeah). anyway, i really like the idea of a teal/turquoise color, even though, yes, one could just make an overlay, you could say the same for any of the base pose colors.
