Thanks, my bunnies have been helping me feel better. My female is very affectionate and will sit on my lap for cuddles when I'm upset, she seems to know.

I am getting better. I am still feeling off but getting better thankfully.

Nothing much. Apparently some storm clouds are forming over the majority of the country to coincide with the heat. While there won't be much in the way of lightening there may be sudden downpours causing trouble.

We took it out. Had to scrape it off the floor. SO GROSS. But we have laminate flooring now and it's a lot cleaner and much less chance to be a health hazard or allergy risk. So I'm glad for that but still upset that they'd do something like that because it makes me question their ability as landpeople.

Same here. I live on the coast so we get some fun weather sweeping in from the sea. I always find it amusing when they put out a weather warning. Especially for rain. It's Britain. Rain is not that unfamiliar to us.

If they are prepared to be that unhelpful when a family with a young child finds something like that, it will come back round to haunt them. It's good to know that it's been sorted out though. Hello everyone! I have been thinking that since there isn't an event on we should do something ourselves to keep us still in touch with each other. I had an idea of a wardrobe competition. It's similar to the game we used to play with themes but whoever picks the theme get to choose a winner and gifts them an item from their wishlist (at an agreed price!) I thought it might be fun and a great way to help each other out :D I had a couple ideas for rules to keep it fair if people are actually interested...

It sounds fun. I would like to see the rules in full though. How would the amount be decided? Would we just pick an item at random?

I jotted down a couple of ideas for rules (obviously nothing needs to be definite we can discuss any difference)

different winner from previous 2. cap for prizes at 2 million?? I am happy to reduce this I just thought it might be a nice incentive (create a separate w/l maybe) theme has to be different from previous ones. previous winner chooses theme and gifts prize(s) winner has to be posted on forum with prize to keep forum posts going and people interested.

I think so. Everyone seems to be rushing around at the moment. One point I could use some clarification on, What if you want to get an item worth more or less than 1 mill? For example, I have a few carnival tickets. If the person wants an item from the ticket tent but it's significantly more than 1 mill, can I get that instead?

I don't see why not. It seems fair enough to me.
