It's definitely not an adblock issue as this has happened to me multiple times and I don't use adblock.

I had the same thing for about a week across two different computers and browsers. It disappeared when I logged in Monday morning. shrugs It seems like its a ridiculously random little pest that pops up now and again.

~ I was told if you clear your events and hard refresh, it goes away. But yes, I have only noticed this problem recently.

Yeah and not to minimize... ever. So far, it's been quiet again.

There is a very high probability that it's the minimized events that cause this. I don't have adblock, but I was also having the blank space problem for a long time. During that whole time, I had one of my event categories minimized. I have had no further problems at all since I un-minimized it.

That's what it is. The same thing happened to me because you can't minimize the whole block of each event. You have to minimize or close our EACH and every one separately with the little minus sign, then refresh the page. It should be gone. Mine took up about half a page and was very annoying.

This happens to me a LOT. I have written a couple of tickets about it. They think it is because I have CSS code, but I removed it and it did not seem to get better (if you try to remove it, copy it and paste it in a word document so you can put it back later). One thing that has worked MOST of the time for me it to clear my cache. Now I have my browser set to clear it whenever I close the browser, so I have to sign in every time I come here but it is MUCH better since I started doing this. If it starts (after I have opened 10 tabs), then I just close my browser (which clears my cache) and re-log-in. Good luck.

[edit] I just tried something: making the arrow on the "other" event box minimize (>) and the background acted up. I switched it back and the next page was fine. So I throw my bet in with the others (which I didn't notice until after I edited) that minimizing an event box causes it. I don't know if it is all the event boxes or just ones that have a lot of events.
