UltimatePay is the company owned by VISA that continued accepting some forms of payments that we don't take (mailing in???) and some payments from foreign countries that we can't accept through our other methods.

Unfortunately it's also got the highest fees, so we don't like to push users to use it as much as we can. I'll have a UA give you the bonus CSC and one of the items because it wasn't clear in the news post, in the future we'll make sure to point out that it's for paypal or stripe only.
