Hi guys! So I guess the cult is a wee bit inactive lately, so I want to try and resolve it, a bit. What do you think are good ideas for activities we can run? Like how do you think we can get the battling community more engaged, etc? I wouldn't be opposed to funding prizes for monthly/weekly competitions, etc. Other than my obvious inability to do BQ lotto in a timely manner. With the addition of minion battling, maybe we can also add in competitions for that? The activities don't even have to be battling related - we can do stuff thats just related to subeta, or even stuff that relates to RL, something like the xmas tree competition. Really anything you can think of so that we can get going and be more active and talk to one another again (outside of IRC) Maybe increasing recruitment as well?

Also, unrelated but related, do you guys have any cool ideas for a mascot? I want to look into making a few banners so that we're more identifiable.

How about competitions for beating certain challengers x amount of times with x amount of stats? In-guild award system, with cheap items being trophies to display in a gallery? Maybe beat x challenger with a pet 8 times with a T5 pet or something? Would have to be challenging but not impossible, require different strategies, and would add an interesting aspect to battling. Plus people finally have a reason to train their lower tier pets into battle useful pets and then can go for the next challenge. With the collective knowledge of battling that is present in this guild, finding that fringe between impossible and very difficult/frustrating could be fun. Almost like a battle series where there are certain amount of challenges to complete and that would complete a series based on Tier? idk I'm just spitballing ideas here.

Could do a 1 (or 3 or 6 or w/e) month challenge where everyone starts with a 1/10/10/10/10 pet and has to train to as high a stat total as possible by the end. No boosters allowed on pets and only books under 100k for intel. BQ exp and training center (no auto train) only. This way its not a huge crack on the bank, as well as having a use for those first 10/15 BQs, and wouldn't affect training of your regular pet. Plus people dont have to shell out CSC to keep up with training. I really liked the rank race we did with Keli a while ago, but just an overall competition could be fun. Prizes for 1st/2nd/3rd at end of period?

could the mascot be like a NM/BR/DM/Angelic/Galactic/Glacial serpenth ouroberos with Tartarus written in ambigram if possible?

I don't really fuss much with HAs myself, but what about some sort of HA designing contest where you try to dress as one of the battle opponents in creative but identifiable ways? I'm not 100% sure but it seems familiar so this might have been done before. xD

Maybe another trivia session some time? Or a trivia like 'game' where the questions regards members of Tartarus and you have to figure out whose name goes where? Like '_______ really likes pickles' and you have to guess who it is, and the person with the most right answers wins?

Maybe some Epicon like event where we play a bunch of games and see who can get the highest score (can just screencap for confirmation)? We could make an entire mini epicon with some kind of dress up theme or cosplaying if we wanted, prizes for best costume, game scores, whateva.

I know it's a ways away, but maybe an IRL Vesnali Egg decorating contest could be neat when the time comes. Or a contest to see who can get drunkest on St. Patricks Day.

I do think a contest to design the mascot could be a great idea. n_n writing this made me realize there's really not much to do on site besides quest

We could also start doing a 'user of the month' type thing for someone that contributes a lot to the guild.If nothing else, to show appreciation.

I'd love to do a trivia session, or to watch movies, but my problem is that I'm in a completely other timezone than you guys, so whenever something is organised, it's in the middle of the night for me. I really liked the HA making of the battle opponents. Maybe we can have another one and have themes? Like dress up as one of the opponents from a certain plot?

since reset is coming along with cap being lifted, could there be a friendly all battle encompassing race to the loot 'lootpalooza' thingy. Its gonna happen anyway but would it be more engaging and encouraging if it were a seperate topic rather than post in bcc or iit seacow droppings thread.

I HAD AN IDEA like literally in the shower i am typing this nekked so i dont forget.

So we have like a period of 2 weeks or w/e where we all battle with our littles and try to max out opponents that we have been too lazy to deal with and then we donate our extra loot (like no one needs 5 rapiers) to the cult. then we sell the loot and have a big fun raffle or something :D
