It still restocks just as often as it did before, it just restocks less items than previously.

It's not semantics, they are totally different things. If restocking there is what you enjoy, it restocks just as often, you just have to be one of the first people to grab an item.

If floating in 30 minutes after a restock and still finding items you wanted is what you like, that is much harder to do now.
