this thread is made to either complain about being single or brag about being single :D
I actually forgot how to be single, lol. 5 years in a onesided relationship, shortly after that I got into a relationship where I was pretty happy but he decided to go all "no feelings for you, sry". Now I'm the first time single since...2008? It feels pretty weird.
I've been single since September and well .. I still fell like I was in the relationship; pretty much single and feeling awesome about it ;'D ?
I have been single since October.. I am content at the moment, but I am still searching actively for a possible relationship. I am an only child with no friends since I left highschool and joined college. It gets pretty lonely at times. lol
six and a half years and I'm so fucking done. Fuck this life some days man. But I'm not anything worth having a relationship with so it's a wash.
But fuck man my battery budget :(
collecting I took a risk and moved to Australia for some friends, a job, and a guy. The guy dumped me after a month via text, got me to pick up my stuff from his garage while he was away, and never saw me or responded to my texts ever again 8) What a nice dude.
Got over it, now I am single AND surrounded by aussie guys.
My goal for 2015 was to be single for most of the year and focus on myself and it's a lot easier said than done. I keep thinking "man I'm lonely" but then I'll have a really good day and it makes up for it.
Working on filled wardrobe achievement. Almost at 12k!
Single and would not have it any other way. I really dislike romantic relationships, tried it twice and it's really not for me.
I know it's more upfront but damn is it worth it to get something rechargeable.
- I just bought a new toy for the first time in about six years, I considered a plug in but I like the concealability of the one I got. Plus it's so shiny omg. I like "pretty" toys, heh. Although I have been thinking about getting rechargeable batteries, I need to make the switch at some point soon though...
collecting Rechargeable batteries are a good option. I usually pick out mine by durability rather than by how pretty they are. I have seen some discreet, USB rechargeable ones come out lately that look really neat and pretty.
Well ya durability too but I have to ... find it both visually and er, feelings (cough) appealing to enjoy the time. Have the USB ones come down in price ? I know for a while I never even considered them because the price point was too high. I didn't even consider one when I was looking for my new toy, just that vs plugged into the wall kind.
collecting I think they're still pretty pricey but they are coming down in price, albeit kind of slowly. I saw one today that looks like a necklace that's USB rechargeable that was about $70. Which might be a lot for some people; I tend to save up and get the more expensive ones.
I wish I was living alone mainly for those reason sometime x___x
Wow that's way out of my range. I've never paid more than $15 for a toy :D Fortunately they'll last me a few years, this last one I had to stretch because I didn't even have that much spare cash for almost a year and a half, it was a tough time.
I have a kidlet, so I'm fortunate for her time in school. And that she sleeps at the other end of the house :D
collecting Yeah, I can understand if things are tight. Things are a lot tighter for me right now than they have been in the past so I've not bought anything in the last few years. Luckily I've got a few toys that are going to last me for a looooong time. I've got at least one that's probably going to last at least my entire life. CX I've no idea who I'm going to will it to eventually.
No man you take that to the afterlife with you :D
collecting I've been so single for so long, I don't see how people in relationships don't get horribly emotionally exhausted- especially after watching my sis go through 2 with desperate, jealous, and/or morally questionable guys.
Lmao I was reading the comments like 'what the fuck are they talking about'
Yeah, I haven't had my coffee yet.
But uh, soon as I have a job I think that's literally my first purchase. Why oh why did I leave those things at home. Something about not wanting to be embarrassed in front of airport security but wow things are PRICEY here.
