I think you should.. its fun! If I have the stitches slip off.. I will take the stitched I did after putting the stitches on the cable pin- and put all four stitches back on the knitting needle and do it over again. :) If that makes sense?

that's a good point - although their sizing can be a bit weird.... I bought a size 6 t-shirt that I was going to cut up and use to make some lightweight mitts from, but it fits me perfectly (and I'm meant to be a size 10 / 12) o.O

Yup! Undoing both the stitches you put on the extra needle and the stitches you did after putting the stitches on the knitting cable and starting over again. :D
