Mum put a massive stone in the hole under the fence yesterday, and this morning the badger has dug the stone out, like it was just a tiny pebble, and dug holes in the garden (guessing he was looking for insects) o.O

Too many projects going at the moment laughs I've almost finished a blazer jacket thing (I need to redo the edge of the collar where it didn't quite line up right, and hand finish the back vent), I'm half way through K's knitted jacket (just one front piece, the sleeves and hood to go :D), but I'm trying to get at least one of those finished before I start another project laughs How's about you - any craft UFOs (unfinished objects :P) at the moment?

That is impressive for such a relatively small animal! O_O At least we dont get those around here. ;)

Meep! I think I would feel slightly overwhelmed. lol I keep to one project at the time, finished my socks and now trying to decide what to make next. I havent really been knitting or crocheting that much lately tho. ;)

yeah, we saw a video on a wildlife programme of a badger digging under a fence, and it just looks so weird the way they can dig - they seem more dexterous than a dog would be!

laughs Most of my sewing projects are at the same stage - I need more skill and knowledge to get the fit right hehe ;) I've got one jacket that needs hemming, but it's a curved hem, so that isn't going right, and a couple of tops that are hideously large.... plus a dress that's so snug it won't meet at the back, let alone do up 😊 Awesome job on finishing the socks!! :D :D :D Maybe you could make Pusur another little toy mouse to kill play with? ;)

Wildlife programmes like that are a lot of fun to watch. ^_^

Aww, any chance you can alter them so that they fit better? ;) I posted a pic on my socks of doom on fb if you are curious. ;) At least those like mice are fast to crochet.. I might do that. Lately he has been more eager to play with his wand with a dangly ball at the end. lol

yeah, once I figure out how to do alterations to make them smaller on the chest, they should fit a lot better - I could just take in the sides, but I'd rather try and get the shape more accurate ;)

I'm determined to figure out how to make my own (that actually fits me), mainly because most of the stuff I buy (like skirts or trousers) are too long anyway, so if I have to take up the length, I might as well try making one laughs

hehe rather than redoing one you've already made, how about trying to make a second pair - that way you can still wear the first ones, but have an idea of what you want to redo for the second pair?

I don't blame you! The next door neighbour was having some work done, which was making this room smell really bad, so I decided to work on some sewing projects downstairs instead ;) I got the blazer finished, and also got the other jacket done - the hem on that is a bit crinkled in places, but at least it's done laughs
