laughs we're not allowed a greenhouse on the allotment site (and knowing my luck, the seagulls would drop stones on it and break the glass) ;) They're not meant to eat prickly things, but the deer around here don't know that, and like eating Mum's Heather plants :P

lol That would kinda suck. Seagulls can be a big pain in the rear. They always seems to hit me with their dung when they fly over me. I swear they have the best aim.

lol Somehow they missed that part of their handbook apparantly. I still think they are the cutest tho. then again, its not my plants they are eating. :P

nods apparently when seagulls are looking for a mate, they pick a large pebble or stone to carry, then end up dropping it as they're flying.... and if the building underneath has a glass roof (like a shopping centre did a couple of years ago), them the glass can crack as the stones hit it o.O laughs they definitely didn't read that chapter ;) They are really sweet to watch, even when I know they've eaten through the netting and started nibbling my strawberry plants (or just walked through the raised bed) ;)

Why do I picture humans doing the same trying to impress a potensial partner? :P Explains why I always seems to hit people with their shit bombs. :P Got that when I was at the food festival. lol

Aww, strawberries are so yummy. Hope you at least have gotten to taste some of them. :)

From an evolutionary standpoint, it actually makes sense for us to be attracted to strong men. Not in modern society so much perhaps, but in earlier times.

Certainly the netting Dad's strung around the runner beans is working - without that, all the plants get nibbled down to nothing!
