rofl! That is sooo cute! Pretty obvious he is an englishman. :P I am amazed how much Sid has learned to say, none of our budgies ever talked other than "budgie chatter".

Our previous budgie Bertie didn't do much talking, but the one before that was reasonably chatty.... I think Sid's learnt the most phrases out of any of them though laughs He can't say "s" properly, so it comes out as "sh", so "where's your slippers" comes out as "where'sh your shlippersh" which sounds really sweet hehe ;)

I totally picture a budgie with a lovely brit accent. :D I love english accents. lol Must be even cuter for a budgie. :P

laughs you can always tell who he's picked up the phrases from - Mum's phrases are all properly pronounced, even down to the T at the end of millet, mine tend to be a bit faster, and not so clear, and Dad's ones sound like a really rough old bloke (which isn't how dad sounds, but obviously Sid thinks it is :P) 😇

He is the biggest budgie personality in all of Britain I am sure of it. xD

:D he's taken to shouting (a typical budgie rant) if we're talking and not including him laughs he definitely thinks he's human ;) ....or at least that we're budgies :P

Assuming I can find the right colour & length of zip in the craft shop today, then tomorrow I might try finishing the dress I started on Tuesday :D I've noted down the amount of fabric I need for that too, just in case the fabric shop has a sale laughs How's about you, anything planned for the next couple of days?

That sounds like a good plan to me. :D I dont think I would ever manage to make a dress that actually fit and looked good. :P

Today I have been cleaning my windows. Tons of fun there. :P And I sat down in the garden to read for a bit. :) Tomorrow its time to visit my mum, we are probably just gonna wander around town and see if we find any good sales. :P

hehe the first one didn't even meet at the back, let alone zip up! The second one I made was done from rough instructions like "cut a rectangle that fits your shape" then you add in darts and stuff to shape it to fit.... and this third one was from a pattern (same company as the first one) and actually seems to fit me laughs :D

Awww at the window cleaning - it always seems to rain after we've done windows.... :P But at least you were able to read outside for a bit, that's definitely better than sitting indoors :D hands you some luck for the sales :D

Its trial and error like anything else. :) Hopefully they will have some nice sales for fabrics. ^_^

True, I hope there wont be any rain... either way I needed to be done. I have three large windows in my livingroom. as well as a window in my kitchen, bedroom and storage room. :P
