thanks :D I was pleasantly surprised how well that background worked with the plants to be honest! :D I've managed to start.... and finish(!!) a sewing project today.... and it's not only wearable, but it actually fits! laughs Until today ,out of everything I've started, they either look a weird shape (a peplum on a jacket makes my arse look huge, and high-waisted flared skirts are really not my style :P), or they're way too big.... or like the dress, far too small o.O

laughs you'd think being Hufflepuff that they'd be excellent at growing houseplants too :P A top with buttons (although I will admit I need to buy some, so I haven't added them on yet :P) - it's view A from this link :D I made it from the remains of the duvet cover I attempted a previous top in, and did the facing bits in a contrast colour (you can't see it when you wear it, but it looks fancy on the hanger laughs).

Thankfully the top isn't as fitted as most of the dress bodices, so there was some room for error hehe ;) And that's true - I might see if they have another cheap duvet cover to use for sewing material too, seeing as that was the last piece of that one ;) :D

haha I "killed" a plastic plant once... it got mouldy. Speaking of plants, my spider plant has a few blooms on it, which is new. :D go covers and cheap fabric. your cow is utterly adorable :D I'm very mooved by how fantasic it is -pets you-

You might find it grows a long kind of spikey bit with little spider plants on the end then - doesn't always appear after the flowers, but sometimes it does ;) :D

That's a thought notes it down I know the squirrel picked a strawberry from the pots in our garden a couple of years ago, but I'm not 100% certain what took the ones from the allotment - it was still netted, so unless the net has a massive hole, it shouldn't be the deer....

The garden centre told me that heathers are deer-proof as they "never eat them".... then we saw them eating Mum's heathers in the front garden, so I'm not overly convinced that any advise from them would be reliable ;)

hehe the original YYB game was much better - I could play that mindlessly for hours :P nods I'm aiming on playing them every other day (or at least when we're not up against Kiko Lake), but as long as I get to rank 1, I'm happy :D
