Hey all - good grief... where did January go!?! been a crazy month... i was sick at the start of the month... and have been sick for the past 5 days with an awful flu bug. In between I went to Whisky Fest - one of my favourite 4 days of the year... and then my computer had issues... it's too hard to negotiate this site on my little phone! but... i think i'm all back on track again!

So January has dragged for me... The reason why (you are all not very observant I changed my status on Christmas and no one has noticed lmao) The best Christmas present of all We found out we are going to be grandparents again. Tristan gets to be a big brother.... We had to keep the secret till she made it through the first Trimester and hopefully Friday we find out if we are pink or blue. But our little bundle of joy will arrive in mid August and grandma cant wait... For those that are real life friends we arent posting on facebook till after we get the sex from the doctor on Friday or telling people until then lol you guys are the early birds...

You can always donate more near the end if the team looks like it is close to first. shrug that's my plan anyways.

Some sort of scoring should go up today according to the post yesterday - they wanted to give it a day to allow numbers to come in... I'm holding off on donating anything further at this point, waiting to see where the numbers are and then will go back to it - I like that they stated this time the amount you participate will have no reflection on your prizes...hopefully they stick with it!

Our weather has been so crazy this winter. Grossly hot and humid or freezing with more rain then we know what to do with! Well, the rapid back and forth caused my sinus to go nutty and now I have a mild sinus infection :( Our friends who's baby was born prematurely in December have finally been able to bring the baby home and now I have to wait until this infection passes before I can go see him :( And of course after adjusting to the cold shit we're now into the mid 80's the past couple of days...
