Still hauling in the melody items here, lol, eventually I'll nab something else :) I'm able to access it on my ipad without issue, though my old ipad this site crashed every time without fail...

Floating around today between cleaning and computer :) It's hubby's birthday and we're taking him out for dinner tonight. Had a nice birthday breakfast spread on the table for him this morning <3 <3 <3 Hoping he has a good day at the office, they've been so busy lately - partly because he needs to hire 2 part time employees for the warehouse but he just doesn't have the time to do the training at the moment...busy is good but it'd be nice for him to have a break too! Trade shows start next month - we have 4 that I'm aware of this year though there's like 10 in the southern part of Florida this year so we may end up doing more :)

I am about a page and a half in SL away from having every single melody item at this point. XD The duplicates are adding to my hoarding ach that I've almost gotten too, so yay for that I guess. The best thing about the free shop in my head, is that even when luck is bad and you can't catch a prize worth a crap, people just keep pushing those prices down! XD So keep your eyes out! I've been following prices on the special csc weekend items, delish stuff, collection items, etc, and so far there are a few awesome items that are dropping to like 1-3mil! Everyone be careful with this snow storm! We have an offical snow day because the hospital called Operation Snow and John's work is closing at noon. I'm ready to go out and play in it. :D

It's supposed to start later tonight, and they're predicting 12"-18", high winds, blizzard conditions and widespread power outages. Up here, they're saying it has potential to be worse than Superstorm Sandy from a couple years ago, where we lost power for 4 days and it was even worse for the coastal towns. Wow, that turned negative quickly. I didn't intend for it to sound that way. But, it's a serious storm apparently.

We were supposed to play in our area's pool-team county championship tonight, but it's been postponed for a couple weeks because of the storm.

Luckily, we're prepared at home with a generator, some gasoline for it, shovels, rock salt, bread/milk/etc., ingredients to make a zucchini lasagna if the power is on, and lots o booze. :P

another RS in the TS. Everything was still there when I looked.

curses! i'm locked out for another 11 hours. if anyone gets an extra of the fox wearable, I'd trade the tokens for it :)

edit: And that appears that's one collection that I missed. There are quite a few items in there that I'd like to have, so I'll probably open it.

Also, I added some snow to my HA about an hour ago, but it's not showing up for me. It shows up in the wardrobe, and on my HA list on my profile, but not on the HA I see here. Anyone else see it? (snowy ground plus light flakes in the sky)

I know it's a serious storm Mina, and I hope everyone in its path stays safe! Not everyone is equipped to handle such a storm of that magnitude. I heard that Boston's mayor sent some big plows/sanders down south to help out. I'm just sad that we have hardly seen any snow. And it's certainly not enough to go snowshoeing in it. We bought new snowshoes a couple months ago. I would like to use them!

We got the start of the storm. There's only about 7-8 inches out there but enough to play in but its powder snow so now snowmen but we did make snow angels! I'm glad we got some snow this year. It's always so much fun. :) Jenn, maybe you'll still get some of this. Stay safe Mina. We went for alcohol and food earlier this week. They did advise us to stay off the roads tonight.
