The not so happy adventures of Dell customer service... So after spending over an hour on the phone the other day and finally speaking to a human, I honestly thought all would be well... boy was I wrong! Apparently my email to customer support was received and acted upon without contacting me, as about 2 hours after getting off the phone with customer service a package arrived at our gate - it was the missing game! No way was I spending hours on the phone again, figured they'd catch it, or even better should have caught it while I was on the phone with them to begin with... So yesterday I was only expecting a Kohl's delivery and after getting it I ran to the grocery store, upon returning there's a delivery bag tied to the gate...oh boy! Yup, it's another game, only not the right one they should have sent... idiots. They sent the damn game that came with the system and not the one I paid for separately...good thing the email to customer support had them sending the correct game because apparently calling customer support is an absolute waste of time, but now I have this extra game and have no idea what the hell to do with it...Dell is not getting it back, it's hardly worth the 8+ hours spent trying to deal with their screw up and the fact that they screwed up yet again, well just priceless in my book...

day 5.. so far ive been here to collect!! Now if I wasnt so busy with kids birthday parties all day today, id be able to play!.. lol.. soon.. soon..

Oh man! I haven't even started stuffing trees. I just moved up tiers in battling and need to wishlist some scrolls and weapons but I don't even know where to begin. I need to work on that some, hopefully tomorrow. We went to walk the new Lincoln bridge that is opening in Louisville on Monday. It was kinda nice because now we can say we were on it before cars. I have to put up my Christmas decorations tomorrow. At least I placed them in spot I could find when we unpacked everything last week.

I'm not sure that I'm going to be able to join the HA contest. Just spent about an hour playing around with words and couldn't come up with a complete HA. I'll try again during the week. It was fun though!

I have had a busy/stressful week but I survived and now maybe I can relax a bit more...though I still have tons to do at home and on subeta. I haven't even started looking at wl's to stuff trees!

Vacation was fun, but I'm exhausted. I also got a cold on the trip so yesterday traveling home was miserable, and today is miserable. But weather was good. Very hot and very humid. Puerto Rico was great! Beautiful place. We went to 2 forts there. Those were incredible. St. Thomas was disappointing for me. I have wanted to go there since I was in middle school and it wasn't what I thought. But, then again, I was near a busy cruise port so...I'm guessing if I traveled further on the island or off the island it might have been better and quieter. Grand Turk was beautiful too. But we just did a beach day there, as well as Carnival's private island in the Bahamas. The water was beautiful. Temps were in the 80s with 80-90% humidity the whole trip. We had some rain, but luckily it was while were were leaving port/at night.

awww, poor elf! Ugh I have so much to get done today!! Playing in a daily HA contest with the Melody items, questing needs to be done (at least Saggi and wiz lol)... I have a newsletter to send out, decorating to get done around here! Oh yeah, and this:
