Hey, thanks for the welcome, everyone! I really didn't expect to accepted so warmly, being so new and all. I'm still trying to figure some things out about events and achievements myself, but let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Well...some of my goals right now are finding Omen Island (I have 2 map pieces already), getting into the Blue Building even though I have no idea what it is, and learning about the basics of battling.

as for battling... - you'll be the better one to explain that - I think!

First thing would be to put your pets into the Riverside training center to get the stats up a bit. Then you need a starter BD kit (and here again I think Duane is more hlepful then I am)

I do not really remember the blue building requirements I remember 100 Posts in the forum (I think)

I've got the requirements for the blue building here: Obtain a blue building password - (COMPLETED) Obtain at least 250 achievements (75/250) Have at least 25 trading cards in your collection (3/25) Have at least 1 pet with an overall rating of 100 or more Have at least 100 posts in the forums Complete at least one Original Treasure Map - (COMPLETED)

actually you get special quests to do (5 per day) and a special "blue Building shop" where you can get some items for the quest points you can earn.

I think you should have the Pet rating done, since Nocturnal Poem's status should be high enough. Did you already look him up?

Oh, you're right about those stats! I just adopted the little guy because I thought it was cute but it has mega stats _

Also, I'd like to add that someone just anonymously gifted me the entire Omen Island map and a rare wardrobe item. I really don't know what to say, guys. I'm not used to getting anything for free, virtual or otherwise. All I can say is thank you and please ask me for help if there's anything I can do for you.

we have a secret gifter here into the lair (more likely more then one person) who seems to have a lot of fun gifting.

I noticed! There also seem to be some non-anonymous gifters out there too ;) Either way, I'm just overwhelmed with gratitude!

edit: A note to the anon gifter--I will hunt you. I will find you. And I will (virtually) snuggle you.

just wait for the next big event - then there is a lot you can do for others. there are so many side event related achievments adn you always have to work together.

Okay! I know that the current event going on is about doing quests, so at least I've been helping in that regard. I don't know what it means/how to give flowers and hugs and whatnot, but if I can do that, I will.

you'll be able to do that for the matching events. Got to go, need to do dinner for the kids waves
