Way back when I was starting up buying all the things for cooking I researched knives and some of the best ones are German. One of my German friends he's always aware of how keen his knives are. So I'm sorry, but I laughed at I felt bad almost immediately but kept on laughing. I always leave a stickynote to myself with my knives when they have just been re-sharpened.

I need to do the same, I sure want to. RL just keeps me busy would love to spend the whole day here.
