I was afraid of that. It's hard to put it in a way it's clear - with the new alcove items the Everslime Mushrooms take two tinctures to make and they're the only items that the two tinctures combine for. Does that make sense?

Example - you want to make a Bruising Everslime Mushroom. You have a wearable token, purple tincture and yellow tincture in your inventory, then go to the alcove. You click the two tinctures and the token, you'll make the everslime wig because it cant make anything else. We have the layer card added in item notes because you have to list everything but you don't technically need it.

Maybe I best leave it as it is.

I have the items listed in notes because I have to include everything but I would love to save y'all a few layer cards, but I don't want to confuse anyone.

Thanks y'all. We all know how I tend to over-complicate things some times, and I am really picky about item notes at SubetaLodge. I've been item admin for so long and over the years I've found myself taking more and more pride in what we do there.. but with that comes my tendency to, like I said, try to explain things to the point I only end up confusing people.

Ahh I see now, it took me a minute but I get it. I'm a chronic overcomplicater too so I know how ya feel. C: Maybe dumb it down a bit more and just say, "For now, this item can be made without using a layer card, but that is subject to change." I mean that doesn't explain /why/ it works, but it's only until they make another purple+yellow wearable. Or you can put "So far, this tincture blend is not used for any other wearable, so you don't have to use a layer card."

I love that you take pride in subetalodge, it is an absolutely amazing site and I'm so glad it's around! Subeta would not be the same without it! I can't wait to get my title list done and sent in so I can feel all helpful ^_^

Just saw this - but did mention to you - the Lab will not take the combo for me of token, card and 2 tinctures - I was told at the Lab that you can only combine 3 pieces.

Do you mean Ian's Genetech Lab? These combos aren't made there, they come from the Alchove which is in the underground, luv.

Thanks, crashingnightingales has bitten me and i am good. I thought this was my 4th skin but alas it is only my 3rd and i was here every day. Oh well, maybe i will get more next year! lol

Just proved to me that I'm not just your garden variety of crazy - I knew and had book marked the Alcove. Must be a one trick pony - so used to going to the lab for combos. Well, at least now I know why it didn't work.....LOL at self.

Don't forget we can also get skins from the zapper during Morostide <3 You'll get more!

I have a few backgrounds I love putting up, when I cant think of what to do with HA, or I just want scenery.
