Ive had a rough day, and am going to bed early. My head is pounding - seems the furnace filter developed a leak. Not good. Fixed but not good none the less. I've got 3 air purifiers running so it's ok in here now but it sure wasnt earlier.

I hope you feel better, and had a technician check out the leak.

I'll be happy to smooch Marreshaann all day, I can't remember when I last saw her post in the lair.

If they are in school, mkes them write sentences. exmple I will not act bad, or I will not be mean First graders can do 3 word sentences with 3-4 letters per word. I made my younger son do 50 sentences. If they sit down and do it quietly deduct a couple of sentences/if they whine or make problems increase. They will realize they have to be quiet nd get it done so they can play. OR MY favorite - If they have a different story each for same event, make them sit and hold hands, and discuss quietly what happen. When they are done, they have to come to you and tell what happen. They learn to verbally work with each other, and you dont have to decide who is innocent or guilty. Then they have to apologize to each other, hug and peck each other on the cheek. These negotiation skills they will build with each other will come handy in their lives. Plus save your sanity and peace. Oh I mde sons do sentences by hand only to typewriter or computer, I did this with my sons all the way through high school, by then they graduated to 2000 sentences per punishment.

I know if she isnt feeling well she can feel the smooches from the lair coming her way.
